July 3 - San Francisco
Arrive in San Francisco. Your tour includes transportation from the airport to the Westin St, Francis – the “Grand Dame” of Union Square. Enjoy a fabulous evening cocktail reception and dinner
July 4 - Muir Woods and The Presidio
Enjoy a drive through the Presidio and across the Golden Gate Bridge to majestic Muir Woods. Enjoy a self-guided tour through this towering redwood forest. Enjoy lunch is Sausalito before returning to San Francisco by ferry. Enjoy free time along the Embarcadero
July 5 - Central Valley to Sequoia National Park
Follow the Buffalo Soldier’s path across Central Valley. Enjoy lunch in Fresno then enjoy the climb into Sequoia National Park. Enjoy gazing at the stars as a naturalist guides you through the constellations.
July 6 - Land of Giants & Moro Rock
Begin the day with a privately guided walk among the giant Sequoias – including the General Sherman tree. Enjoy a private barbeque lunch. Enjoy driving through the park in the afternoon along with a dtip to the top of Moro Rock.
July 7 - Yosemite
Travel to the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. Enjoy a film by Ken Burns followed by lunch. Spend the night in the heart of Yosemite.
July 8 - Yosemite, "Nature's Grandest Temple"
Experience the park on a guided tour in a special open-air vehicle, with opportunities to explore on foot. Enjoy the park on your own in the afternoon.
July 9 - Back to San Franciso
Head to San Francisco with a stop at Mariposa Museum. Arrive late afternoon at The Fairmont San Francisco. Enjoy a farewell cocktail reception and dinner
July 10 - Journey home
Fly home. Transportation is included from The Fairmont San Francisco to San Francisco International Airport.
